Emaar Beachfront
Emaar Beachfront was conceived as a residential island in its own right: a gated peninsula of slender towers on the stretch of coast where Dubai Marina gives way to Palm Jumeirah. Emaar released the first homes in 2018, and the community has been completing tower by tower since.

The masterplan sets out 27 residential towers and around 10,000 homes. Towers rise in pairs from shared podiums, with apartments turned towards the Gulf, the Palm or the Marina skyline. At ground level, a retail centre of about 13,000 square metres, beachside play areas and promenade space give the community a centre of its own, separate from the busier harbour beside it.
