REALM was founded by Julie Faupel. It is invitation only, its members are vetted, and it matches properties with buyers through its data platform. Castilion brings to the network a licensed Dubai brokerage and the advice behind it.

Most Dubai brokerages market to the buyers in Dubai. REALM membership adds the advisers, and their clients, in other markets.

What is REALM?

What is Castilion's membership?
Castilion Estates is an Exclusive Member of REALM. The membership and its wording were confirmed by Castilion's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on 1 November 2026.
Does REALM membership change who I contract with?
No. Your listing agreement or buyer mandate remains with Castilion, a Dubai brokerage licensed by the Dubai Land Department. REALM is a network through which introductions are made, not a party to your transaction.
Does the network guarantee a buyer or a price?
No. The network widens the audience for a property and improves the quality of introductions. The price a property achieves depends on the property and the market at the time, and we never promise an outcome.
