For landlords
Let your home with care.
From the first rent appraisal to the day the tenant moves in, one adviser handles the detail so you do not have to.

What we handle
Everything a good tenancy needs.
Letting a home well is a sequence of small decisions made correctly: the rent, the presentation, the tenant, the contract and the registration. We take care of each, and keep you informed in writing.
- A rent recommendation based on current lettings and comparable homes
- Photography, plans and a listing advertised under a valid permit
- Viewings arranged and accompanied, in person or by video
- Tenant screening, including identity and employment checks
- Tenancy contract prepared and terms negotiated for you
- Ejari registration, deposit and payment arrangements
- Handover inspection and inventory on move in
- Renewal advice with reference to the RERA rental index
Why Castilion
Your home, treated as it should be.
Pricing
The right rent, not the highest asking.
An ambitious figure can leave a home empty for months. We recommend a rent the evidence supports and explain how we reached it.
Tenants
Chosen with care.
Every applicant is qualified before a viewing and checked before an offer is accepted, so the person who moves in is someone you would choose yourself.
Support
Help after the keys change hands.
Our management partners can collect rent, coordinate maintenance and handle renewals, while Castilion remains your adviser on the decisions that matter.
The process
From appraisal to handover.
Appraisal
We visit or review the home and recommend a rent and a marketing approach in writing.
Marketing
We prepare the listing, obtain the advertising permit and present the home to qualified tenants.
Tenancy
We screen applicants, agree terms, prepare the contract and register it through Ejari.
Care
We hand over the home and, if you wish, introduce a vetted partner for day to day management.
Rent levels and letting times depend on the property and the market, so we promise neither.
Property care
Away from Dubai? You are covered.
Rent collection, maintenance requests, inspections and renewals can be handled by a management partner we introduce and oversee. Their scope and fees are agreed with you directly, and we set out at the start who is responsible for what.

Questions
Before you let.
Can I let my property while living abroad?
Yes. Most of our landlords do. Documents can be signed electronically or through a representative, and a management partner can look after the home day to day.
How are rent increases decided?
In Dubai, increases on renewal are governed by the RERA rental index and the notice rules in the tenancy law. We tell you where your rent stands and what the rules allow before each renewal.
Do you manage the property after it is let?
Day to day management is delivered by established partners whose work we know. You contract with them directly, and we stay involved as your adviser.
Can I let my home for short stays instead?
Short stays require a holiday home permit. We can introduce licensed operators and help you compare the two approaches honestly.
