Jumeirah Village Circle
Jumeirah Village Circle, widely known as JVC, is one of the city's most lived in neighbourhoods. Nakheel planned it around family houses, and over time many developers have added apartment buildings, giving it a broad mix of homes and a settled residential feel.

Character
The plan is a series of rings and districts around a central core. Villas and townhouses line the quieter streets, many in Arabic and Mediterranean styles, while apartment buildings of varying height gather along the main loops. Green parks, sports courts and jogging trails are spread through the community, and Jumeirah Village Triangle lies alongside.

Day to day
Everyday needs are well covered. Circle Mall, opened by Nakheel in 2021 just off Hessa Street, brought a supermarket, shops, restaurants and a rooftop community club with a pool and tennis courts. Schools, mosques and sports fields are clustered through the community, padel courts and a football pitch add to the mix, and Nakheel describes it as pet friendly.

Connections
JVC is reached from Al Khail Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Hessa Street. Nakheel estimates around 15 minutes by car to Palm Jumeirah, 18 minutes to Dubai Marina, 22 minutes to Downtown Dubai and 12 minutes to Al Khail Metro station. There is no metro station inside the community.
