Profile
About wasl.
wasl was established on 25 May 2008 by the Dubai Real Estate Corporation to oversee the development and management of its property assets. The company therefore acts both as a developer of new projects and as the manager of an existing portfolio of buildings across Dubai.
Its developments include Wasl1, a mixed use project; Wasl Square, a community retail centre; Wasl Gate, a residential community; and residential communities such as Wasl Gardenia, Wasl Village and Wasl Green Park. Its holdings also include Tiara United Towers.
Wasl Gate has also attracted other developers working on plots within it. LMD, for example, launched Taiyo Residences there, a building of 379 apartments.
Because wasl both builds and manages property, residents and buyers may encounter it either as the landlord of an established building or as the seller of new homes in one of its communities. The company styles its name in lower case, and its website is the main point of reference for current projects and leasing.
