Introduction
Meriva Signature is the most private address in Ellington's Meriva Collection on Dubai Islands: a ground plus two building of only eleven homes on the beachfront. Each residence has an infinity pool on its own terrace, a spa bathroom with sauna, and a smart home system that recognises the owner's car and calls the lift.
The entry price is AED 35 million. The 70/30 plan asks 20% on booking and 50% through construction. Ellington has not yet announced the handover date.
