Introduction
Villa del DIVOS is the first Dubai project by Mr. Eight Development, a European developer. It is a boutique building on the first line of the Dubai Islands coast, with 108 residences and a service offer closer to a private club than a conventional apartment block.
It is designed for owners who value Italian design, a small community and help on hand, whether they live here year round or arrive for part of the year.

Residences range from one to five bedrooms, including twelve duplexes with private pools and a top floor Sky Mansion penthouse. Bathrooms by Antonio Lupi and fittings by Tom Dixon sit alongside SMEG kitchen appliances, and the lobby is furnished with pieces from Cassina, Minotti and Flos. Italian travertine and Calacatta Viola marble set the tone for the shared spaces.

Two infinity pools, a Technogym fitness centre and a private beach club lead the shared amenities. A wellness centre offers a spa, sauna and cryotherapy, and a Sunset Terrace is set aside for yoga and meditation, with gardens and a children's play zone. Owners have access to members' club services, including chauffeur driven cars, a 24 metre motor yacht with captain, valet parking, a bellboy and in house spa treatments, with a dedicated service company managing the building.
