Dubai Harbour
Dubai Harbour occupies the stretch of coast where Dubai Marina meets Palm Jumeirah. It is a district built around boats: marinas for private yachts, a cruise terminal that opened in 2021, and a cluster of residential towers on a peninsula of their own.
At a glance
Dubai Harbour is a seafront district between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, owned and curated by Shamal Holding, with marinas and a twin cruise terminal. It includes Emaar Beachfront, a tower community with around 1.5 kilometres of private beach.

The setting
Character
The district has two faces. The harbour itself, curated by Shamal Holding, is a maritime destination of marinas, waterfront dining and the cruise terminal; the original plan described a marina of more than 1,100 berths. Beside it, Emaar Beachfront is a dedicated residential community of slender towers set on a private beach, looking out to the Palm on one side and the Marina skyline on the other.

Living hereLiving here
Day to day
Life here is coastal and connected. Residents of Emaar Beachfront have direct beach access, while the marinas bring a steady rhythm of yachts and waterfront restaurants. The Walk at JBR, Bluewaters and the Palm are all close, so there is no shortage of places to eat, swim or simply walk by the sea.

Worth weighing
