Introduction
Dubai Harbour Residences brings a rare thing to this part of the coast: low rise living directly on the sand. Shamal Holding, the owner of Dubai Harbour, is delivering the project with H&H Development, and the Japanese practice Nikken Sekkei leads the architecture.
The homes are apartments and a small number of penthouses, planned with generous terraces and tall ceilings. It is an address for buyers who want the sea in front of them and the calm of a smaller building, while the marina, restaurants and the city remain a short walk or drive away.
Architecture
Form, light and landscape.
The scheme is arranged as a series of low rise buildings along the beachfront rather than a single tower, so most homes sit close to the water and the garden levels. Interiors draw on a nautical palette of deep blue and white, and the plans favour broad terraces and high ceilings that bring light deep into each room.
Apartments range from one to four bedrooms, with only two penthouses across the collection, which keeps the top of the market here genuinely scarce.

Residents have a private beach with its own food and beverage outlets, a pool with a lounge and relaxation area, and a wellness offer that includes a treatment room, steam room, sauna, yoga studio and gym. A children's playground and a beauty salon complete the everyday facilities.

King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street links the area to Sheikh Zayed Road, and both Dubai International and Al Maktoum International airports are around thirty five minutes away by car. Bus stops near Le Meridien and Mina Al Siyahi serve the area.
