What is included.
Owning in Dubai while living elsewhere is straightforward when the right people are looking after the property. We introduce owners to established property management companies that we have worked with and whose standards we know. Depending on the arrangement you choose, they handle rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance requests, renewals, inspections and the routine paperwork that every tenancy requires. Castilion remains your point of contact: we agree the scope with the partner on your behalf, review their reporting and step in when a decision calls for an advisor rather than an administrator, such as a rent review, a renewal negotiation or the question of whether to sell. Fees and the contract for management services are agreed directly between you and the partner, and we set out clearly at the start who is responsible for what, so there is never any doubt. For owners who prefer short stays to a long tenancy, we can also introduce licensed holiday home operators who manage listings, guest arrivals, housekeeping and pricing under the permit Dubai requires.
The specialist work is contracted with and carried out by independent, licensed partners. Castilion introduces them, agrees the scope with you and coordinates on your behalf.

Can my home be let for short stays?
Short stays in Dubai require a holiday home permit. We can introduce licensed operators who handle the permit, listings, guests and housekeeping.
