Introduction
Armani Beach Residences is a collaboration between Arada, The Armani Group and the architect Tadao Ando, on the outer crescent of Palm Jumeirah. It holds just 53 homes, each individually designed, with interiors and furnishings by Armani/Casa.

Tadao Ando's design is the heart of the project, with the restraint and clarity of line that characterise his work. Residences range from two to five bedrooms, with penthouses and two presidential suites set over two floors. Interiors and furnishings are by Armani/Casa. Armani/Casa offers two interior collections: Darker Bridge, with natural stone, oak, glass and textured bronze, and Checkers, a lighter palette of natural woods, lacquers and textured glass.
