Burj Azizi is the privately held developer's statement project: a tower on Sheikh Zayed Road that it intends to be the world's second tallest building, with the highest lobby, cinema, nightclub, spa, restaurant and supermarket in the world among its claims.
Residences are one to three bedroom apartments and penthouses, with one bedrooms from AED 8 million. The 50/50 plan asks 10% on booking and 40% through construction, with handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2029.
