Trump International Hotel and Tower Dubai is an 80 floor, 350 metre hotel and residential tower by Dar Global on Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance to Downtown Dubai, the fifth collaboration between Dar Global and The Trump Organization. Two and three bedroom apartments and four bedroom penthouses are priced from AED 4 million on a 90/10 payment plan, with handover scheduled for Q4 2031.

Introduction
This is the fifth project between Dar Global, the London listed arm of Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan, and The Trump Organization, and the first Trump hotel in the Middle East. The tower rises 80 floors on Sheikh Zayed Road with a hotel, residences and two duplex penthouses with their own sky pools.
Dar Global describes an outdoor pool it calls the highest in the world and a members only club named The Trump. For a buyer, the hotel brand brings a service standard and a licence agreement, and the location brings a Downtown address at the Sheikh Zayed Road frontage.
Architecture
Form, light and landscape.
The tower occupies 80 floors at 350 metres. Residences begin at the 18th level with no more than ten homes per floor: two bedroom apartments of about 1,100 to 1,200 square feet, three bedroom apartments and four bedroom penthouses, with floor to ceiling glazing and views of Burj Khalifa or the sea. Two duplex penthouses with sky pools crown the building. Edrafor Emirates was appointed for the enabling works in December 2025.

Is there a hotel?
Yes. The tower combines Trump branded hotel rooms and suites with residences, a residents only pool and a members only club called The Trump.
When is completion expected?
