Introduction
Ohana Development's first branded residence brings Elie Saab to Al Reem Island, the first designer branded residences on the island. The tower is described as a windswept pearl wave, and its 174 homes rise to one penthouse that takes the whole top floor.
The payment plan is weighted to the front: 30% on booking and 60% through construction, with only 10% at handover, which is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. Construction began in early 2025.
