Introduction
Ohana Development signed its agreement with Manchester City in January 2026 and launched the community at Etihad Park a month later. The project is on the Yas Canal beside Ferrari World and SeaWorld, not in Dubai, and it is the first community of its kind to carry the club's name throughout.
The second phase opened for sale on 19 October 2026 with townhouses, duplex villas and four and five bedroom villas. The brand's contribution is sport: a Manchester City academy with training and recovery facilities, a match day terrace and a City lounge. The developer's contribution is a 1.67 million square metre master plan with more than half given to landscape.

The master plan covers 1.67 million square metres with more than 55 per cent as landscaped gardens and open space. Phase one offered four and five bedroom villas in six clusters, twin villas, maisonettes, waterfront penthouses and apartments; phase two adds two and three bedroom townhouses, three bedroom duplexes and four and five bedroom villas. Phase two homes run from 1,938 to 4,887 square feet of sellable built up area (180 to 454 square metres) on plots of 2,045 to 6,458 square feet (190 to 600 square metres).
