Introduction
Jacob & Co's first Dubai residence was a tower in Business Bay with Binghatti. Fleurs de Jardin moves the jeweller's name onto the ground, into a gated community of 25 villas and mansions in Meydan District 11 developed by AMIS GPD Development, about 15 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
The collection is small by design: 19 five bedroom villas from 9,636 square feet and six six bedroom mansions from 17,016 square feet, each with a private pool, an office and staff accommodation. Prices start at AED 27 million on a 70/30 payment plan, and handover is scheduled for the third quarter of 2028.
