Introduction
Select Group describes this as the tallest residential tower in the world once complete, and Six Senses describes it as the brand's first standalone residences. Both claims matter less to a buyer than the number that follows them: 251 homes over 122 storeys, which makes each floor plate small and each residence relatively private.
The partnership is the second between Select Group and Six Senses after Six Senses Residences The Palm. The wellness programme is the point of difference here, and the service charge that funds it is the first line we read.

WSP Middle East is the architect. The tower rises 122 storeys with four levels of amenities totalling 61,250 square feet, and a Skydeck on the 109th floor carrying a 25 metre lap pool. The building is targeting LEED Silver certification according to Six Senses.

Six Senses describes a longevity centre combining diagnostics with personal services, a large gym, cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen chambers, a crystal sound healing room, a spa with hydrotherapy and a juice bar. Lounges, a games room and a cinema complete the shared spaces, and the brand's Sleep With Six Senses bedroom programme is included in the homes. Six Senses Place on the Palm is reached by boat.
