Introduction
The Wilds was Aldar's third Dubai community when it launched in February 2025: almost 1,700 homes planned around a woodland sanctuary, with five and six bedroom mansions by Nabil Gholam, three to five bedroom villas and one to three bedroom apartments. The apartments are the part now coming to market as The Wilds Residences, introduced by Aldar in February 2026.
The community targets LEED Platinum and Fitwel three star accreditation, which Aldar describes as a first for a UAE community. For an apartment buyer the interest is a mid rise home inside a villa district, with the district's school, clinic and clubhouses already in the plan. Prices start at AED 1.6 million and rise to about AED 3.9 million, on a 65/35 payment plan with handover scheduled for the second quarter of 2030.
