Introduction
Aldar unveiled Sei Saadiyat on 7 September 2026 as a residential development in the Saadiyat Cultural District, the museum quarter around Louvre Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum. The name and the design brief point the same way: a calm, restorative place to live, a short walk from the district's galleries.
The release is 778 apartments across six towers, from one bedroom homes to three bedroom Kanso Residences, with average gross floor areas of 70 to 208 square metres. Prices start at AED 2.95 million on a 50/50 payment plan, and handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2030.
