Its launch project is Ardee Al Marjan Island, a master planned community of more than 2.5 million square feet on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, combining a luxury hotel, branded and serviced residences, townhouses, private villas and a retail and dining promenade. In 2025 the company signed with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts for 519 Fairmont branded residences and a 250 key hotel within the community.
