Introduction
Akala is unusual among Dubai's branded residences because the brand belongs to the developer. Arada created Akala as a precision wellness hospitality brand and chose a site beside DIFC for its first location: two towers of 220 metres, 534 residences, a hotel and a medical wellness clinic.
The buyer's question is therefore different from the usual one. Rather than asking how a famous hotel group will run the building, we ask how a new brand will, and what the service charge for a medical clinic and spa of this scale will be.
