Introduction
Most branded residences borrow the name of a hotel or a fashion house. This one borrows a football club. Chelsea FC announced its partnership with DAMAC Properties in 2025, and the project in Dubai Maritime City carries the club's branding, concierge and fitness programme, with a private beach named Chelsea Lion Beach and a rooftop pitch named Stamford Summit.
With more than 1,400 homes in six towers, this is a large project rather than a boutique one, and the brand sits alongside volume. Prices start at AED 2.55 million for one to three bedroom apartments, with 20% on booking and handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2029. We treat it as a Maritime City apartment purchase first and a Chelsea purchase second.
