Introduction
Orise is the second address in the masterplan BEYOND is building on Dubai Maritime City, a peninsula with views across the Arabian Gulf, the creek and the city skyline. It offers 530 residences, ranging from one bedroom apartments to chalets and duplex penthouses, with more than thirty layouts to choose from.

The architecture is by Nabil Gholam Architects, with interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates. The project is designed to LEED Green standards, includes home automation, and allows buyers to select interior finishes. Landscaped gardens and pools cover around 6,500 square metres of the site. The project comprises two towers of 51 and 32 storeys joined by a shared podium, and homes range from around 721 to 5,888 square feet, each with a balcony or terrace.
