Introduction
Danube built its name on furnished apartments and the 1% monthly payment plan. Greenz applies both to houses for the first time: a community of around 700 townhouses and villas in the first phase, each delivered with Italian Dolce Vita furniture, Italian kitchens and bathrooms and a private sky garden.
Three bedroom townhouses start at AED 3.5 million and five bedroom twin villas at AED 6.9 million. The 70/30 plan asks 10% on booking and 60% in 1% monthly instalments, with 30% on handover in the fourth quarter of 2029.

How does the payment plan work?
