Introduction
Danube's second Shahrukhz tower follows the Sheikh Zayed Road original to the waterfront of Dubai Maritime City. The partnership with Shah Rukh Khan gives the brand; Gauri Khan designs the penthouses; and Danube delivers the homes fully furnished, as it does across its portfolio.
Prices start at AED 1.6 million. The 30/70 plan asks 10% on booking and 20% through construction, with 70% on handover in the fourth quarter of 2029.
