Introduction
Sobha Sanctuary is Sobha Realty's largest Dubai master plan, a nature led community of three villa clusters, a central park and a six kilometre lagoon planned for around 20,000 families. The Willows is one of its villa neighbourhoods, and this release follows the first phase of the same name.
All homes are four bedroom garden villas priced from AED 3.99 million. The plan is 40/60, with the larger share on handover in the third quarter of 2029, and Sobha offered a 4% DLD fee waiver at launch.
