Introduction
Sensia is the third tower in BEYOND's Dubai Maritime City masterplan: 36 storeys and 275 residences, from one bedroom apartments to garden duplexes and a single penthouse. It is a smaller building than its neighbours, which gives it a more private character.

Sensia is designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates, with interiors by Design World Partnership. The arrival is a waterfront drop off reached along landscaped driveways with a Mediterranean feel, and the ground floor opens directly onto dining and the promenade. The floor plate is rotated 45 degrees so that every residence gains an open, panoramic outlook.
