Introduction
Sobha City takes the developer's nature led planning to Abu Dhabi. The site at Al Bahyah lies between Yas Island and Zayed International Airport, and the master plan gives about sixty per cent of its area to green space, with more than 50,000 trees, a twenty kilometre loop for running and cycling, a par three golf course and a two kilometre waterfront promenade.
Apartments start at AED 1.31 million for a one bedroom. The 60/40 plan asks 20% on booking and 40% through construction, with the balance in December 2029.
