Introduction
Marsa Al Saadiyat is the last undeveloped stretch of Saadiyat Island, planned around a 1.6 kilometre marina with more than 350 berths. Talay is Aldar's villa release there, in two collections: Talay, 167 villas around a landscaped core, and Talay Beach, 184 villas facing the Reem Island skyline.
The homes are standalone villas of four to six bedrooms with private gardens, a signature slanted roof and a choice of two interior palettes, with Emirati references in a majlis pavilion, an aflaj water feature and palm frond boundary screens made with the artist Abdalla Almulla. Prices start at AED 13.5 million on a 50/50 plan, with Talay handing over in the fourth quarter of 2029 and Talay Beach a year later.
