Yas Riva Reserve is Aldar's villa release on Yas Island, the leisure island that holds Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld and the Yas Marina Circuit. All 292 homes are standalone villas with private gardens, and 45 of them stand on the canal.
The pricing is tiered by position: inland villas from AED 7.9 million for four bedrooms, canal front villas from AED 13.3 million for five bedrooms. The 50/50 payment plan asks 5% on booking and 45% through construction, and Aldar's launch incentives include a five year service charge waiver and the waiver of the 2% Abu Dhabi Municipality fee.
