Introduction
The Beach Collection is a series of beachfront villas on Palm Jebel Ali, the second of Dubai's palm islands. Nakheel invited a group of international architecture studios to design them, so each villa has a distinct character while sharing the same setting on the sand.
These are homes for buyers who want a house on the beach with an architect's signature, in a new island community that is still taking shape.

Designs come from studios including WATG, SAOTA, NAGA Architects, LOCI and LW Design Group, with names such as Cyan Sky, Cobalt Beach, Baia Luna, Wave Crest, Ocean Whisper and Bluejay. Layouts include private pools, terraces and rooftop lounges, show kitchens, staff and driver rooms, lifts and garages, with a study in selected homes. Buyers choose from ten facade styles.
