Introduction
Wadeem Gardens is the second community Modon marks as new on Hudayriyat Island, planned as a district of its own with a 2.3 kilometre air conditioned central spine, an arena, six clubhouses, two international schools and healthcare. The homes are villas only, in three sizes.
The 25/75 payment plan is the lightest on the island, and the handover in 2031 is the longest. Both are published by the developer, and both frame the decision for a buyer who wants land in Abu Dhabi without a near term capital call.
