Most buyers at this level do not want to scroll through portals or field calls from a dozen agents. They want one advisor who understands the brief, filters the market quietly and returns with a short list worth their time. We begin by listening: how you intend to live in the home, who will use it, which views, light and privacy matter, and what would make you walk away. From there we search both the open market and properties that owners prefer not to advertise, visit on your behalf where useful and present each option with an honest account of its strengths and its compromises. When you choose, we negotiate terms, coordinate the due diligence and steer the transfer through the Dubai Land Department process with the trustee office. We coordinate the transaction rather than give legal advice, and contracts are reviewed with your own counsel where needed. You remain in control of every decision. Our role is to make each one easier to take, and to keep your name out of the market until you decide otherwise.

Can I buy without visiting Dubai?
Yes. Many clients view by live video call or virtual tour, sign documents electronically or through a power of attorney, and visit only once the purchase is agreed. We explain each option and its practical requirements at the outset.
Do you only show properties listed by Castilion?
No. We search the whole market, including homes offered by other brokers and owners who prefer not to advertise, and recommend whatever best suits your brief.
Who reviews the contracts?
We coordinate the paperwork and explain each step. Legal review is carried out by your own counsel, and we are happy to work alongside them.
