1. Castilion is a broker, not a lender
Castilion Realty L.L.C. is licensed by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency as a Real Estate Mortgage Broker (ORN 46392). Castilion does not lend money, does not issue mortgage offers or approvals, and does not make credit decisions. Every lending decision is made solely by the relevant bank or financial institution.
2. Illustrations, not offers
All calculators, assessments, plans, checklists and figures on the Website are indicative illustrations based on the information you enter and on the assumptions stated beside each tool. They are not an offer of finance, a pre approval, an approval, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of any rate, amount, term or outcome.
3. Rates, rules and fees
Interest rates shown are illustrative and are not the rates of any named bank unless expressly stated.
