1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Website operated by Castilion Realty L.L.C., trading as Castilion Estates (“Castilion”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a limited liability company (single owner) registered in the Emirate of Dubai, holding commercial licence number 1428429 issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai and Real Estate Regulatory Agency Office Registration Number (ORN) 46392, with its registered office at Office OF09-40, Oud Metha Tower, Umm Hurair Second, Sheikh Rashid Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Website.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the Website for your own personal, lawful purposes. You hereby undertake not to:

• submit false, misleading or third party information without authority;
• use automated means to access, copy or extract content or tool outputs;
• interfere with the security, operation or integrity of the Website or its forms; or
• use the Website in breach of any applicable law.

3. Intellectual property

The Website, its design, text, calculators, methodology, graphics, the Castilion name and crest, and all related intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to Castilion. No right or licence is granted to you other than the right to view and use the Website in accordance with these Terms. Third party trade marks and logos remain the property of their owners.

4. Information and tools

Tool outputs are illustrations only and are subject to the Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. Castilion may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time without notice.

5. Enquiries and engagement

Submitting a form does not create an advisory relationship. Castilion acts for you only once a Castilion Mortgage Advisory Services Agreement has been signed. Fees and commissions are as set out in the Fees and Commission Disclosure and in that agreement.

6. Links

Links to third party websites, including banks, review platforms and messaging services, are provided for convenience. Castilion is not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castilion shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie and Data Collection Notice.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The Courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website. The English text of these Terms shall prevail over any translation to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

Castilion may amend these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on the Website. This version is effective from 22 October 2026.
